The deeply nourishing and brightening blend of Peppermint Herb Oil, Ylang Ylang Flower Oil, and Licorice Root Extract creates a refreshing and soothing experience.  Use 1-2 times per day, especially in the morning to brighten and hydrate the delicate skin around your eyes. Chill the serum in the refrigerator before use, to aid in reducing under-eye puffiness.
