In order to help our customers know more about our products, we are launching the Sample Program. This program allows customers to try out the products before they are committed into buying them.

In summary, the way it works is to provide "free" samples to certain products, especially foundations, which help customers to decide their matching shades. Each sample requires $4.00 as deposit, which will be returned in full to your account as store credit, for your future purchase.

 

Step 0: In order to join the program, first you have to create a customer account with us here.

Step 1: choose the sample of products that your want. Then add them to cart.

Step 2: check out as normal. Please note that since this is not considered a sale, but a step to create store credit, that is why we did not charge shipping nor tax.

Step 3: We will send you the mini samples in a mail envelope. Within the 2 weeks, you will also receive the same amount that you have paid for the samples as store credit in your account. You can use that store credit to buy any product of that same brand/type.

 

***Important notice:

- Since our sample quantity are very limited, and we dont consider them as "for sale", each customer is allowed to purchase only one sample of each product/shade.

Since our system cannot prevent customer to check out with more than 1 sample of same product, we will manually modify the quantity accordingly, and the over-payment will automatically go back to your account as store credit.

- Store credit received in this case cannot be used to pay for sample products in general.

- For skincare samples, if you are not happy with the products, the store credit can be applied when you purchase other products of that same brand.

We apologize for such limit! Free samples are actually not free for us nor for our manufacturers, these samples are sponsored by certain brands and cannot be used for others.

- For foundation samples, if you are not happy with the products, the store credit can be applied when you purchase other foundations.

These samples will come in small sachets. This is done by us, Camomile, to help customers to choose the right shades for the products before they make the purchase of full size.
