Description
Citronnella ceylon essential oil is used in aromatherapy as a carminative for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains and strains.

Direction: Topical (Adults) Mix 1 drop in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation (Digestive Syst.) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
