Sandalwood essential oil is used in aromatherapy as nerve calming as well as to help relieve headaches, colds and cough.

Direction: Topical (adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
